Regarding Medication

Cope Middle School cannot dispense medication to any student unless the medication has been prescribed to a student, and a doctor's orders specify it to be dispensed during the school day.

If your child needs medication to be dispensed at school, please click here, print the form, and have your doctor complete it. Our office cannot dispense medication without this form.  Thank you!
