Counseling
Welcome to Cope Counseling!
Please call the Cope Main Office Line 909-307-5420 to set up an appointment if you need to meet with a counselor during school hours. Counselors are on campus from 7:45 AM - 3:45 PM .
Cope has four on-site counselors. We also have two off-site counselors that serve our homeless/foster youth students through our ACC Program (Academic Case Carriers). If you need to contact a counselor, please look at the breakdown below and see the two ways to contact your student's counselor
Cope Counselors are available to assist students in many ways including academics, social/emotional, and behavioral needs. Counselors assist students with current class scheduling and high school scheduling, resolving peer-to-peer conflicts, support when in crisis, providing skills for success, finding alternative ways to solve problems, having growth mindset, planning for the future and just being a listening ear when needed.
Cope Counselors can often be found outside at lunch and on campus during passing periods. They often organize outreach activities to support students during these times.
Counselors are available to support families with connections to outside resources as well. Families that are struggling in any way are encouraged to connect with their child’s counselor as a first step.
